Once you arrive at Matapouri Glamping, Tawapou you will realise you don't have to do a thing other than enjoy the stillness of our environment. You can relax, listen to the abundant bird life and admire the views from the glamping tent. Or explore our beautiful coastal environment with many activities to suit a variety of interests and abilities. The white sand beaches of Matapouri, Whale Bay and Sandy Bay are a short drive away and are perfect for surfing and beach walks. Tutukaka has a range of local art, craft and jewellery shops as well as restaurants and cafes, and you can take dive and fishing charters from there.
